MARILYN
KAY (WESLEY) DOADES
I have been dedicated to the real estate profession since October of 1983.
Sales agent for Jonathan Hart Realty, Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Key
Associate McFarland Real Estate, and Associate Broker for John Arnold
Real Estate. I received my Brokers License in 1994 and decided to go on
my own in June of 2000.
Sales seem to run in my family and I guess I inherited the genes. I have
been in different areas of sales all of my working years. To go along
with the sales I have also been in office management, which made it inevitable
that I open my own office.
A graduate of Lincoln High School, I have lived in Knox County most of
my life. During the eight years my husband was in the Air Force, we lived
in California, Alaska, Texas, and South Carolina. We were both excited
about coming home to Vincennes, Indiana. My husband and I are the parents
of three children, grandparents of nine and great grandparents of five.
They are our joy and we love spending time with our family and our extended
families.
I have been an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society for 8
years and Team Captain with the Knox County Relay for Life for 12 years.
After losing family members to Cancer, our family dedicated ourselves
to helping find a cure. Other community activities have included President
of the South Knox Band Boosters, Girl Scout Leader for several years,
National Flag Celebration and others.
My Associated Memberships include National Association of Realtors, Indiana
Association of Realtors, Knox County Board of Realtors, and Knox County
Multiple Listing Service. Positions held as a member have been: Secretary;
By-Laws Committee Chairperson; Treasurer; Nomination Committee Chairperson;
and have served on several committees.
I love the real estate business; meeting new people, showing homes, but
most of all seeing the happy faces of my clients when they close on their
home.
BARBARA
KOHLHOUSE
Barbara has been very busy this past year; she has excelled in the real
estate business. Barbara has approximately eight years experience in real
estate and loves selling homes and commercial properties.
Married to Jerry, owner of Big K Drywall, Barbara is mother of Jerry Jr.,
Connie, Kelly, and Billy. She is the grandmother
of two.
Having lived in Lawrenceville while growing up and attended Lawrenceville
High School, graduated in 1982, Barbara is familiar with the Lawrence
County area. Presently living in Monroe City, she is also eager to help
the South Knox community.
Ready to help buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, Barbara
